Terms & Conditions of Royal Club Membership
Membership in The Royal Club is free and available to individuals residing in countries that legally permit participation in loyalty programmes.
Membership in The Royal Club may be revoked at Royal Plantation’s discretion if a member fails to pay their hotel bill on or before check-out.
Fraud or abuse concerning membership privileges and benefits is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by Royal Plantation including: the forfeiture of rewards, the termination of Royal Club privileges and revocation of membership. In addition, we reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to immediately discontinue a Royal Club membership and to terminate the member's profile - if a member acts in a manner inconsistent with local, state, or federal laws or ordinances, or in a fraudulent or abusive manner; otherwise misuses the benefits of membership; or fails to pay any valid bill when due to Royal Plantation or its representatives. Nothing contained in these Membership Rules and Regulations shall limit Royal Plantation in the exercise of any legal or equitable rights or remedies.
Membership eligibility is at the sole discretion of Royal Plantation and is limited to individuals. Corporations may not enroll as members of The Royal Club. Employees of Royal Plantation or its representatives are not eligible to participate in The Royal Club if traveling on benefit room nights.
A "hotel stay" means all consecutive nights that a Royal Club member registers for, personally pays for and actually stays at a participating hotel.
All interpretations of these Membership Rules and Regulations and Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of the Royal Plantation.
Royal Plantation and The Royal Club reserve the right to change, modify, limit or cancel program rules, regulations, rewards and reward levels at any time. This includes increasing or decreasing any requirements for a reward, changing the value of rewards or limiting availability of rewards.
Royal Club rewards may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of Royal Club rewards is the responsibility of the member.
Member Profile and Requests
The request for retention of member preferences does not obligate Royal Plantation, The Royal Club or its representatives to fulfill these requests free of
charge. Complimentary fulfillment of these requests or services is at the sole discretion of the Royal Plantation.
Neither Royal Plantation or The Royal Club are responsible for requests or correspondence lost or delayed in the mail or via e-mail
Right To Discontinue
Royal Plantation reserves the right to discontinue The Royal Club programme by providing written notice to members six months in advance. In that event, the
right to earn and/or redeem any program benefits or rewards will end six months from notification.
Responsibility

expense arising out of or relating to, or resulting from strikes, war, weather, quarantines, sickness, accidents, government restrictions or regulations)
or from any act or omission of third parties, including any individual firm or corporation furnishing transportation, sightseeing or other services or
goods (whether or not advertised) nor for any additional costs or expenses due to disruption or change of schedules, rates, accommodations or services,
or for any other cause beyond their direct control. In addition, none of us is, or will be, responsible for refunds due to any person from ground
transportation, tours or other third-party provider of services. All such claims for refunds must be made in accordance with the rules and regulations
of the party from whom such refund is due. All costs, rates and other charges and programme features are subject to adjustment at any time without prior
notice, and provisions of the hotel accommodations, ground transportation, tours and other services are subject to availability. Performance by Royal
Plantation, our partners and our respective affiliated or subsidiary companies, and our respective officers, directors and employees, are also subject to
any and all applicable laws, orders or regulations of any governmental authority exercising jurisdiction. In addition, the right is reserved to withdraw any
or all rewards should conditions warrant, as well as to refuse to provide accommodations to any person in accordance with applicable laws.
Royal Plantation makes no warranties or representations (either expressed or implied) and expressly disclaims any and all liability (including consequential damages) with respect to type, quality or fitness of goods or services provided through The Royal Club.
